“Join us for a transformative sound journey experience. Experience brainwave entrainment. This is when the brain naturally synchronizes its internal electrical rhythms to match the rhythm and frequency of external sounds. Your breath, heart rhythm and heart-mind connection attune to be in harmony. You will feel relaxed, peaceful and take a journey to the unknown depths of the “self”. I will play a myriad of sound frequency instruments. I look forward to sharing my passion for sound healing with you.
