Caitlin holds a Masters of Oriental Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College (AIMC) in Berkeley, California, and is licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in California. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Chico State University, and is able to seamlessly weave nutrition and lifestyle counseling into treatment.
Caitlin advocates acupuncture as a natural, non-invasive way to be healed of specific health conditions, but also promotes its use in managing and reducing chronic stress, which is so prevalent in our culture today. Caitlin specializes in gentle, Japanese-style acupuncture, which can be the perfect fit for people who are overworked and over stressed. Caitlin treats a variety of conditions including digestion issues, gynecological issues, fertility, insomnia, various aches and pains, etc.
Caitlin is very experienced in the community acupuncture setting and is deeply committed to this model of practice because of its accessibility and affordability.
