PAYMENT POLICIES

Acupuncture:$35–$65 sliding scale

(plus a one-time paperwork fee of $10 on your first visit)

You decide what you can afford to pay on our sliding scale. No income verification is ever required. Please pay what you feel comfortable with, keeping in mind that you may need a series of treatments.

• We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards accepted by Square.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
• We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Missed appointments will be charged a $35 no show fee.
• Late cancellations will be charged a $15 fee.
• Cupping is available first come first serve with an additional $10 fee.
• Due to our low sliding scale fees we can not bill insurance, but we are happy to provide you with a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
